That would depend on whether I wanted to be friends with her.laugh

Crteria for friendship isn't all that much different for me than it is for a girlfriend really. Trust, honesty, etc....the difference being whether or not there's an attraction that goes beyond friendship.
I have several female friends and I treat them the same as I do my male friends and I'm certainly not out to sleep with them. laugh
So yes, men and women can be friends and yes, even if it was someone I just met.

Is there a particular answer you're looking for or direction that you're trying to steer this topic? confused

Most of my good friends are femals. And some of them even ex's.

You don't have sexual desire with every person from the opposite sex u meet. And to find a great person, having a good friend u can laugh with and discuss serious matter is not sexual implicated.

These typ of questions normally come up in countries south of europe and, of course, in Muslim countries! Any muslim I have told so far, cannot imaging to have a female friend just as a firend.

Coz it got a lot to do with respect.

Sure women and men can be just friends. The attraction to the opposite sex isn't always about sex. There are similar interests and hobbies. Sometimes work can create great friendships also.

well if she told me within a month or so that would work...

But i guess if she told me nine months later when the baby was due,

I might find it hard to take the friend thingy on the chinlaugh

But i can just be friends if the friendship is worth it and of course it is reciprocated...

I think they can.

But do friendships that turn into relationships have a better chance of lasting longer?
