Sure. Old friends who turned out to be backstabbers. I have a couple who have crossed me. And when I confronted them and demanded the truth, they simply lied and kept up with their deception. I have given 2 and even 3 chances, but enough was enough. Oh the stories and long pauses in between them. If you tell the truth, you don't have to remember anything. So I just gave up on them. I don't have time to deal or invest into that kind of BS.

the ones that for some reason seem to think that they're intelligent and that you're stupid !

and they discover that you're not as stupid as they thought ...

they either try and change the conversation or go away

watched any good movies or tv shows recently ? by the way whats turkish food like ?...whats the traditional dishesover there ?

I'm ok Gilly in the middle of a really bad thunder storm right now,

Turkish food is great guess the traditional food is kebab, but not like in UK , the best ones are a bit like

a casserole and all veg is organic, my fav is Iskander kebab lamb with cillies, tomatoes, mushrooms.

watched a film last called Kabadayi means mafia in English was a true story and not bad.

Yes and some parents...tell them what is wrong or not wrong with their child and then they remain convinced it is what they believe it to be...I don't think people fully realise the amount of children that are victims of violence in the home..

People who exhibit no value for me or what I have to say or who I am; people who only exhibit value for those who agree with them or see the world from their point of view or who are not likely to speak up if they don't; people who are mean, aggressive and arrogant and make trying to speak to them an exercise is frustration. This sounds like a lot of people, but it's really only one kind, and there just seems to be no point in trying to talk to them.

When they ring and ask for the homeowner
or whoever, i just say, hold on, i'll get them
