I think if you want men to respond to this, you'll have to be much more specific. This question might as well be "What do men want from beer?"
For both, it's very subjective. It is often not so much what we want,
but what we don't want that steers us toward a specific woman, or, frankly, away from her. Does that make sense?
It's a sad fact that men want what they want, and they know when they see it. Most of the time what we want is not available so we avoid relationships (and personal growth.) Or, we slog through pointless short-term relationships with one eye out for something better, and jump on that something better the moment it presents itself.
I've always suspected that women behave this way as well.
Overall, (and i'm taking the liberty to speak for all men here -forgive me)
men want a woman who fits into their lives, instead of trying to fix it.
