had a ladys mom tell me her daughter wanted to get married, I do want the same thing but it was freaky, she flew from another city towhere I was I was moving out of her moms and into the Lady's town, after work I made sure I was dressed right and when I got home she ran to the door to see what I looked like, I entered in the back door and her mom started talking to me, the lady waled down the stair and her mom intoed us, eye contact was there both sides, freaked me out and said my hello,

when I did move to her City we tryed to talk over the phone but were a little nervous....

I changed my phone number a couple times due to setting in the right town and went my own way...

Another one asked me, her ex bf had the same name as me, oh well

That's terrifying to think that people actually do that. I know it does happen though, my last g/f tried and that's why she's an ex.
Without trust, there's nothing! It was over right there and then!

I disagree with your previous post too. Nothing desperate about a woman asking to be married to the one she loves.

I know, but it does still happen. That to me is true desperation! Didn't make me feel good about myself or the entire situation, but I simply couldn't trust her after that.

Watched it happen to a friend. She admitted it right after she got pregnant but they moved in together and had a second child. Didn't last long though. He has two beautiful kids he doesn't get to see very often and a huge child support payment.
All she wanted was to have kids so she didn't have to ever work again and now they're a bargaining chip. It's absolutely sickening!barfing

Anyway, back to the original topic. Nobody had ever proposed to me.laugh

Never had a man go down on one knee to propose to me, my ex actually proposed to me in bed. Found after later that his brother and father both proposed to their spouses the same way. Must run in the family!

For the woman to do the proposing, it seems like she's desperate and begging......

If the man hasn't asked her to marry him, maybe it's because he doesn't respect her?

It seems to me, that a lot of men complain about clingy needy women. And for a woman to propose marriage, would make her look very clingy and needy
Oh i beg to differ...why would it make a woman desperate and clinging and begging?????Times Change..whether we like it or not..Women do ask...Doesnt mean they are begging..desperate and clingyscold

She didn't want to get married, just have a baby. Could have been different if I was included in the decision making process though.
Sad really, because she was a great person in many respects but that was all it took for me to end it.

If you could get me pregnant, I'd be scared.laugh
