I'm not sure. I only had one baby. I kind of wondered about that too. I think it has something to do with making you pee all the time, or maybe pull a Tina and need to pee when you laugh too hard or maybe when you sneeze. Not sure though. Just my guess.

Maybe the uterus starts to sag along with everything else, putting pressure on the bladder.
