I'd like to see us go to 1 - 6 year term for presidents. It would cut out a lot of game playing that goes on.

Actually there are several proposals to shorten in down now. After the
Democratic party display of democracy this last 18 months.....most here
are tiring and saying enough. One is a national primary and is to have 4 sectional primaries. This would end each state having thier own primary and the mess of the exclusion of FL and MI Dem voters.

Likely shorten down the process by 6-8 months.

My other questions would be does your definition of 'all the rest of civilized nations' include the following...Iran, Zimboway, Syria, North Korea, Gaza (post Hamas control)...because if it does, I am happy to have the US excluded from your definition of civilized.

Finally what would you consider more important issue.......this is only involves the leadership of a super power with nuclear weapons that is in two conflicts in the world. Does that rate in your top 20 of issues? top 10 issues? top 5 issues? Gets right up at the top of the list when worded in that manner, yes?

American people are trying to make good choice here. Flip the news chanel if you get tired of hearing about it, is my advice. Still quiet a while till November elections. Alot more to go.

War is not for me Undyfella. You go volunteer ...... Peace is possible to get in that area, just imagien how "quiet" the whole area became when the great work toward peace done by Jimmy Carter and then Bill Clinton showed its results and just before Bush destroeyd the whole situation a huge amount of hope made palestinians and Israelies living side by side with not much blood sheed and terror attacks for some years.

Whom could ever beleive that Jordan and Egypt signing peace treatment with Israel and whom would ever beleive that Israelies would be able to go on vacation in Egypt?

It is possible to end this conflict and the Bushney,s know that as well, but the way they are confusing the world community a bout the problems of that area has just resulted of almost daily attacks on Israel and then almost daily attacks from Israel as well.

It is not propper at all to use force just because one is the strongest one militarily. You dont go and beat people up in the street just because you are stronger and the one whom has been there before you and took the parking lot is a little tiney dude or an ol lady .......you see?

Human beings must act propper a gainst each other and when United nations making a decesion it is all a bout peace and it is because there is Just case they have decided on when every thing has been concidered.....Israel has a just right to be able to live in peace and prosperity and plaestinians and arab countires have also a right to get their land back and being able to enjoy a more normal life with out being worry most of time for a coming big war.

If you decided to take your neighbors land and for doing that using your guns...then maybe it can be done but be sure after some days police will kick you out and sending you to prison as well!This time the police of the whole world have decided that Israel must with draw and thats it!

It is natural people get too excited Princess. People are people and things like that happening all time every where. I bet Rpubes would love it if their speaches could make people get excited as well. That is a great idea.....they take the oath of office......and then the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court (he issues the oath of office) gets a dice out and rolls it on the red carpet in front of them. The number that comes up is the number of years they get!
