angry at a girl at work last night was terrible i did my departement as usual infant, electronic then my boss ask me to pick up all others employees card board i put it in the compressure but the compressure was full and it was time to make a bail i don't how to do the bail so my boss told me to do the break pack in pets and toys and combine 2 skids of shoes together anyways i when back in the receiving the bail wasn't done i had 3 bin to do and that girl showed up with 1 more bine and lots of garbage that i had to put in bags when she was doing the bail then she empty her bin and left me alone with my 3 bin to empty it was 6h55 am when she left me anyways i was so angry because i finish at 7h10 am i had to made 10 min overtime because of her i did helped her with her garbage and she not help me with my bin she must watch out tonight i won't pick her card boad and if she ask me something i will tell her that's not my job and to deal with her problem if she was mean with me she will know tonight what my name is she always say that she's the only one there who work wow she just have seasonnal dept putting some statue on the shelves or flowers mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

yes thanks but i will have a word with my boss they expect to much of me then i can't do my real job properly if the bail was made in time and if i didn't have to do the break pack in toys and pet maybe i would not be angry but they ask me me me me to do everything around the store like gess i am tired of that they know i do everything they ask but f-------- man it's hard on my nerves when you have to do other people job without they help.

Is it ALWAYS like this?I mean sometimes there are cycles,and the work load SWEEMS overwhelming but it's the same.Maybe it's time for a little vacation Valleygirl.

it's all the same the same girl who do the s---- i don't know why they don't fired her she always complain she do alot to much she even go to the bathroom to sleep and smoke when she is back on floor she talk with people it's only at the last 30 min she work then at 6h55 you don't see her anymore i had alot of time to do overtime and alot of time i had to finish her job i just can't smell her anymore and she is just a back stabber and couples of time she's arguing with the boss because it's not getting on the way she want things done. that girl is just 19 and had been fired from couples of job

I briefly looked at your profile. and you are 30 and she 19 so it should be easy to get her to step up.(not set in here ways)You gotta try to get in there and let her feel that what ideas she has a good ones.Try some of them and agree with here,a bit.Work with me on this.Then this will help her feel accepted and she will step up more.

i will try it's because alot of people in our store keep quitting we past from 50 employees to 8 employees only at night in 6 months and in total with day time we past from 750 employees to 179 employees in 6 months

on overnight shift only 4 had made 6 months straight including me the rest of them came in febuary or march this year

We have alot of problem with employees some of them stole some of them quit for a better salary ect...

i thought i was the one who will keep my job for a month or so but i am still there after 7 month now

i had ask my boss why do people quit and he said it's the first year after a store open that is though and we are reajusting everything

so i gess i have to be patient with her it's hard on everyone body to work over night shift

That's why I work alone. I hate Team work, too much stress over lazy team mates. In my opinion everyone has to be fully responsible for what they do, for their part of job, ONLY.

i had applied for a new job on day time shift as cashier for the time she will manage night time if i don't like that when i'll return on my regular night shift with the other boss well i will applied
for a job somewhere else.

i had give a chance to that girl now she's doing her job. that 19 years old girl

today we had another person that was fired because he stole 6 lap-top he put the lap-top in the garbage bin (chut) and told the boss he was sick whent behind the store to look for the lap-top in the garbage
anyways he got caught at the moment there is 2 cruiser 4 police officer it's bad to steel when they pay you a good salary ect...
