I don't, personally, but I know some people who do drink 2 glasses a day.

Alcohol effects everybody differently. No way could I drink alcohol beverages everyday. But 1 time a week is good enough for me.

i used to drink wine with a tea spoon...3 tea spoons of red wine per day (doctors said that laugh ) and i still didn;t like it...
it;s a matter of taste in the end:)

Alcohol contains "empty calories" - calories that lack nutrients - and can lead to weight gain. Five ounces of white/red wine add up to approximately 120 calories. Drink a bottle of wine (4 glasses), and you'll be consuming about 480 calories (that's the equivalent of two 20-ounce Cokes!). Here's how one gram of alcohol compares to one gram of carbohydrate, protein, and fat:

1 gram alcohol = 7 calories
1 gram carb = 4 calories
1 gram protein = 4 calories
1 gram fat = 9 calories

what you say abt that?grin that's for the skinny girls like me that want to put on weightlaugh laugh
