Well thanks for sharing, they were great and then my second question, cant you see them in your neck of the woods in Norway?

Not so much here down south, but up north it's pretty common...

You can see them in the very Northern parts of the Nordic countries, yes.

Interesting, I would have thought you guys were far enough north to see them if you were outside the city. I have heard stories of them being witnessed in the States in southern Canada.

When I lived in Cold Lake you could see the northern lights sometimes, but not as wonderful as these.

I dont know where Cold Lake is in proximity to Edmonton, is it north or south?

I live in Canada and I can honestly tell you they are amazingly beautiful! Especially when see in real life.
But I must say your pictures are absolutely wonderful! Russia is a beautiful place from what I can see in your pictures.
