So I thought I'd bought a house

Just emailed the mortgage broker, asking if there was any news. He said he doesn't believe the closing will be Friday. He said that even after it goes through the underwriter, if approved, there are some other small hoops to jump through. He told me the earliest he believes we could have closing is the middle of next week. Anybody have anything to settle an ulcer?? moping

FINALLY!!! I got a call from my mortgage broker last evening... I've been APPROVED!! I have settlement next week!! I went out & celebrated last night... not much sleep! But hey, I'm a homeowner!!! dancing banana dancing banana dancing banana dancing banana yay yay yay yay wine

Not really NEED to, but WANT to... furniture-wise. But that'll come in time. I'll have what I have for now. But I'd really like to paint. And my best friend & her sister-in-law are giving me decorations.

I am but very slowly. I feel so drained from being in the hospital. I was getting updates on everything while I was in the hospital grin I'm sure I'll bounce back in no time though. bouquet of flowers
