Hello,
Yes I have problem with expressing my feelings.
I prefere action than talkingso I almost never say: I love you - it sounds trivial for me.
If I don't like somebody I just avoid meeting and I'm reserved.

I'm the kind of fool who says stuff and then stands my ground waiting for the backlash. I would never do it with the intention of hurting anyone, but do believe in plain speaking and honesty.

Sometimes I couch the "does my as look big in this" with "I liked you better in the other outfit" or something, or lace it with humour, because there are ways of telling the truth and being kind too.

I never avoid saying things though.

I have never been able to tell any guy that I Love Them since I was 18. I was going with this guy for two years and one day I said I Love You, and he said why are you saying that, have I ever said I Love You. Well that was the last time I would ever say what I am thinking not even to the two guys I married.

how do you expect to build a loving relationship if you are unable to express your feelings

There's not much I don't say anymore, it depends on the circumstance of course. I mean at work I'm not gonna tell my boss she's a freakin' idiot, even though she is. Lord knows I'd love to though! D'oh! grin

I like being able to tell people that I care about how I feel. And I hope they can take it, if not, it's something they need to work on. I am only responsible for my own feelings. I'm really too nice sometimes, I hate to say anything to hurt someone. But I've lived too many years not letting on when I'm mad to want to hide it anymore. If someone wants to know me, they need to know the bad as well as the good. devil angel

There is a difference to say it all and how to say it. I would like to never need to use useless words; there are lot better ways to hammer a nail into a coffin. But sometimes the need to adjust the language to the receiver of the message is simply needed.

What needs to be said should be said. Straight. Sometimes it hurts. What is difficult is to measure it right; being straight and forward with someone that is not used to it may be harsh, while the next person would react with a simple shrug off the shoulder, knowing where I stand from then on.

I have said Love, Hate and everything in between. Not too many of them do I regret.

To say it by voice or by writing makes a difference as well, your own words will stare you in the face every day written here at CS... wink

For many people is hard to express their feelings. They don't say in a direct way things like:''I love you'' or ''I don't like you''.They are trying to be nice, polite and not to look funny if they say exactly what they mean.
There are a lot of situations that its just not possible to tell the things you know. This could be because you are absolutely sure that you could hurt somebody.
So what are those things or words you would never say to someone??
I can't think of exact words or phrases I would never say to someone.

I am an honest and direct person but still think somethings are best left "unsaid" of buried....another side to this is I do think some things "we never say will come back to haunt us" .. uk

It’s amazing how you can speak right to my heart
Without saying a word you can light up the dark
Try as I may I could never explain
What I hear when you don’t say a thing

The smile on your face lets me know that you need me
There’s a truth in your eyes sayin’ you’ll never leave me
The touch of your hand says you’ll catch me if ever I fall
You say it best when you say nothing at all

All day long I can hear people talking out loud
But when you hold me near, you drown out the crowd
Old mr. webster could never define
What’s being said between your heart and mine

The smile on your face lets me know that you need me
There’s a truth in your eyes sayin’ you’ll never leave me
The touch of your hand says you’ll catch me if ever I fall
You say it best when you say nothing at all
