When I was in 3rd grade, my underwear fell down while jumping rope.
When I graduated from high school, that story was heard at the commencement speeches
Luckily, I had gotten into a car accident in my senior year, and went to Florida to recover and finish high school, so I wasn't there that day-heard it through the grapevine.
I am afraid to go to high school reunions
To this day, I do not wear underwear, unless it is for a "special occassion"
I've had more jobs, than I've had men
70's music is my true musical era
I have a tape cassette of Aerosmith when they were on American Bandstand, back from the 70's..
I miss spending time in Detroit with my grandmother, I used to go every summer, she passed when I was 14.
I still remember when we'd go shopping and stop for a hotdog and an orange pop-I carry that taste in my mind
I remember after my Papa died, I tried sleeping standing up as I did not want to fall asleep in his bed.
When I was 6, I got stuck in a tire swing upside down, our rooster came over and started squawking at me until I got myself free.
It took me years not to hate birds, and to get over my fear of them.
I have been bitten by 2 dogs-both owned by our family and both black labs. Incidents were at least 20 years apart.
That being said, I am a huge dog lover who loves big dogs-yes even black labs.
