I work at a beach resort and can't help noticing that a lot of guys shave their bodies completely. No hair on their arms, armpits, chests or legs.I wouldn't shave for nothing and nobody my bodyhair.I am still an old fossil who believes what god gave you you should keep.It makes me feel uncomfortable being around these folks since in my younger days only gay men would shed their natural growth.

What do you think.

Whatever makes a person feel comfortable and/or sexy is fine by me. It should be their choice.

Euuuwwww..... completely shaved??? OMG, NO!!!!! There's nothing masculine about that. It smacks of pre-pubescent boy to me. Okay for Michelangelo, I guess....... Don't get me wrong, I am not interested in a gorilla, there is a limit but, let's face it, men were not designed to be completely hairless, that much is evident...??

Nahhhh...... bring on the real men!!! (if there are still any out there??).
cheers

I could understand if someone is extremely hairy he would have to shave. It's not easy for me to get with the skin-look preference though.I would have to reprogram my brain.laugh

I do draw the line at hairy backs, ears and noses... euuuww!!! A bit of hair on the chest and 'elsewhere', including legs, arms, etc is normal and even sexy for me!!

I would find it extremely weird that a man had NO hair whatsoever on his nether-regions.... God, no!! Something not quite right there.......??

Guess I'm just an old-fashioned girl at heart?? batting eyelashes

There was a time when men wouldn't be seen in public without their shirts. I grew up being told that men did not wear shorts.

But as my good friend Bob Dylan would say..."The Times They Are A-Changin'"

BTW....I have learned on this site that a lot of women like smooth bodied men!!professor

Certainly a matter of preference.....don't think it's got to do anything with being gay or not....

Personally, no, don't like the idea of being shaved all over.....on the other hand, my genes produced a hairless top and a loaded chest....which i normally keep trimmed....otherwise it makes me feel sort of .......hairy.....

However it's also relevant to point out that in effect, fashion trends has a lot to do with it. Don't remeber figures, but not so long ago a survey carried out in Italy and some other EU countries, has shown that body care products, specialised saloons and other 'products' specifically catering males has grown to be as huge an industry as that for females.

In other words, more males are nowadays allowing themselves the luxury of being groomed.

Nothing abnormal.....just changing times....

It's only the social conditioning that has been proposed for decades.....women cannot have body hair......males would not be macho if they don't......

it's all in the mind mate....
