How to boost your natural HGH levels?
It's well known that human growth hormone (HGH) is essential for achieving optimal health. Falling HGH levels result in premature aging, loss of lean body mass, lower levels of energy, and a whole host of other aging-related symptoms. Nothing beats strength training for creating human growth hormone, but there's another factor that's just as important: adequate sleep. Studies show that growth hormone is produced during the later stages of nightly sleep, and if you cut your sleep short (five or six hours instead of seven or eight), you short-change your HGH production. Sleep is absolutely essential for staying young, healthy, and vibrant. Aim for eight hours each night.

Lack of stress is also critical for proper human growth hormone balance -- a body that's under constant stress will experience a decline in HGH production. (That's due to the interaction of stress hormones like adrenaline.) So, in a very real sense, staying relaxed and stress-free will make you live longer. Good ways to reduce stress include meditation, cardiovascular exercise, and my favorite: laughter.

Get lots of laughter in your life. Or do what I do and join a comedy improv group so you can have a good hour or two of laughter each week -- even if you're laughing at yourself! It's a proven fact that nothing combats depression like physical activity.Especially in the summer.....
There's so many activities to do.Today after work,it was a beautiful day, I went down to(Mount Royal), the biggest park in my city.It was nice to see people playing soccer on one side,some other people playing cricket,people bicycling,people going up the mountain in their bikes,or just walking up the mountain,or just laying in the sun reading a book or tanning.I've always been a firm believer that when it comes to exercise,it's important to do what you enjoy.

Personally,I never believed in supplements,injections,or steroids.I've always believed in natural foods and discipline to get desired results.


Sleep.....USUALLY I get enough but some days I've missed out.


Laughter.....I don't laugh enough maybe.People tell me to smile more often.One in particular keeps telling me to smile,and she'll promise to 'sew the stitches back on'.

It would depend on which positions you are using for your wild sex high intensity strength training exercises.

If you use the proper positions, YES, it definitely counts! yay

HGH, is a hormone that depletes in the body with age. It is the growth hormone in the body that gives us our size.
The Hormone is also what keeps us young, as the hormone depletes in our bodies we start to so age, and the middle spread. You can take an HGH sup. in two seperate ways. injection, is the purest form, and by drops under the tounge. injections are very expensive thousands of dollars for a very small supply. The drops are a lot cheaper. The down fall to the drops, is while they do add HGH to the system. The life expectancy of HGH is only a few days. as the hormone ages it's self it has less and less, potantcy. and does no real good.
HGH is as close as we can get to the fountian of youth, it has been known to reverse all signs of aging, and has helped with rebuilding of the muscular structure. It also has been known to help people loose weight at a pretty rapid pace. But for right now a pure HGH is only in injection form and seems only for the very rich. The drops that are much more affordable will do a little, but it will not do very much.
There is a powder form to be mixed with drink or food, this product is void of any good at all. it has been prosessed and has no potential at all, other then to sucker your money away from you.
You have to watch out for sales pitches, they will say anything to get you to spend money.
Here is a question to make a point. A women who is or has gone thru menapause has no natural hgh in her body,
How does a spray boost production of something that is no longer there? the injection on the other hand is replacing the lost HGH.

Not really there is no better way of getting it than from an injection your body simply can not produce as much as you can safely inject , for the record HGH is not technically a drug whilst it does sometimes have drugs added to preserve it , it is a hormone extracted from cadavers , this is why it is so expensive (actually it has recently dropped in price) the fact that it comes from cadavers is what also makes the black market products so dangerous , this is on account of some peoples lack of screening for things like HIV , hepatises and so forth , the main thing used as fake HGH is an infant growth hormone taken from the placenta this hormone is relatively cheap and extremely common in the body building scene (one of it’s main uses is in post cycle therapy to speed up the reproductive systems recovery after being shut down from high doses of steroids )

Body weight training is not high intensity training, High intensity strength training requires performing resistance training using weights or resistance machines ,

Im not trying to start an argument or have a go at you personally but I have to point out that the info you supplied on single leg bodyweight squats is inadequate for any one to fallow and perform them with proper/safe form

It’s not about how long you sleep it’s about the type of sleep , GH is released predominately during deep sleep 5 - 6 hours can be plenty for a lot of people , a great supplement for getting you into the deep sleep quickly is ZMA it wont help you drop off but when you do you will have a really good nights sleep

The so-called "proper position" in this case, would be any position which would qualify as high intensity strength training exercise. One such as I refered to in my post above. Add climbing stairs while performing this position or whatever you feel comfortable with. To each his own imagination, I guess!dunno

For the record sex is not high intensity strength training (man I wish it was) but it will release a whole host of hormones that are great for the body
