A ratio of say, 1 out of 3 women being carriers of a deadly STD.

If guy A sleeps with only 1 woman, and guy B with 10(or 3000) women, there is a greater possibility of guy B contracting an STD, if his condoms broke, than guy A, if his single condom broke.
*We are working with first rounds in this case, hence the mention of a single condom.*
