This is a dating site right. Why do ladies respond with a one liner, sarcastic and then block you from a response? so much hate, so much hatehug

depends on what you say to them...What have you been writing? We need a sample to get a better idea of why you are not being quite as successful as you want to be...

Might have something to do with your name (sarcastic one-liner.)

J/K, have no idea. As prncss said, don't know what they're responding to. I don't hate anybody, unless they give me a real good reason, and you pretty much have to be married to me to be able to give me a good enough reason. grin (Or hurt my kid. very mad )

If you would substitute the word "ladies" with "people"., this might be more valid.....because men are just as guilty!professor

Not!!! I never ever run smack to someone and then block them from a reply, sounds like, oh never mind but the lady was 51 looking for someone bet 40 and 50, in a Southern State and within 75 miles of her location. I merely suggested she expand her horizons about age and distance. I doubt that is worthy of the comment I got and then blocking me. See I don't go looking for trouble but if it finds me, I'll do battle with anyone.

Her comments" you should leave me alone, everyone has their opinions and I didn't ask for yours" , blocked. Nice lady indeed.

It does happen at bars you know. Nobody is obligated to respond the way you expect them to. It more than likely means that they are not interested and don't want to speak with you again. That is my honest opinion.

If she didn't ask for an opinion and you gave it, that is more than likely why, she was obviously happy with what she wrote.

Obviously, she was quite attractive but hey it isn't the first time my comments were taken askew and will not be the last, I truly was interested and maybe should have approached her differently, but as you say, it is a dating site, more entertaining than most I might add.

Perhaps you could start with re-assessing this and previous posts of yours? Your tone has come across a little abrasive at times, in my view.... many people check out the Forums but do not post, they may have picked up on this...? It could well be that this means your mails may feel a little ascerbic to the reader also?? Worth a re-check...?

Just a thought.......

cheers

sounds a bit controlling to me rolling eyes maybe if he would have just said hello, etc...she may not have bothered with a nasty comment and might have wanted to get to know him.

As for myself, I just delete the ones I don't like, no need for anything more than that.wine

ah the old forum stuff. well it's too late for that, I guess that gives a better picture about me being honest and having my opinions, but it's the way I am, can't change now, but you make a good point. How the hell do you delete that stuff???
