my IM is not working done all checks just says connecting forever if I close it down It crashes everything

Mine was supposed to be shut off, but I just got one...I don't think the system is perfect.

Is it yahoo im? make sure that you arent already signed in through you browser cos that can cause it to hang, Dont know why its crashing tho maybe a reinstall will fix it
