In relationships, long term commitments, and marriage, is it men or women who tend to cheat more, if there is any cheating going on?

Do women rarely cheat?
Is it mostly men who cheat?

In modern times, when all things are, supposedly, equal, do women cheat as much as men?

I think now that women are flooding the workplace and out of the home, they cheat as much as men. And most surveys I've read seem to support that

Could be that it's all equal opportunity now, but it still seems like women complain about men more than men complain about women.
