I think the same as this. These pictures have desperation all over them. They really do crack me up

But is it necessarily desparation? Is it more often younger people who present themselves in a sexy way? If so, maybe it has to do with how younger people see mutual attraction--as a more physical thing...

Is if more acceptable for younger,better looking people to post sexy pictures than older people? If older people do it does that look more desparate?

I think it sends out the message 'I'm easy' regardless of age.

I think a lot of the very sexy ones are younger people, though it is sometime older people.

I want to make it clear, I'm not judging them, or not intending to. I just wonder in what way it is effective. To each their own. As long as it isn't too blatant, a provokative picture doesn't bother me. But, as I said before, a man posing that way also doesn't interest me.


If it sends out the message, I'm easy, maybe that's the message they want to send out...

I agree individual choice , if there comfortable with it.

yeah I think that too.. if they are happy to splash up most of the goods on the internet for a brazllion people to see.. then what's left? .. I don't think it puts a good message across.

To be honest,I'd not really noticed if more younger ones than older ones post supposedly revealing sexy pictures that so often end up looking desperate looking, crass and tacky. But, to my mind they all seem to send the same type of signals out, that they are easy, don't have much respect for themselves and have nothing else to offer anyone.

I think they should concentrate more on impressing people with their sparkling personalities and great sense of humour but if they suffer from acute lack of personality and humour then I can see why they post their pictures in desperation. Because obviously they have nothing else to try and tempt anyone with.

i'm not saying they are easy, but i agree it gives that impression and as you say it's the internet, impression is all we have to go on.

Yes to most of that.. like I said already.. beach pics etc are fine imo.. that's what people do at the beach.. not where a lot...

But if it's just posing about in your bedroom/house in your undies.. yeah for me that's a turn off. (well, from someone I don't know anyway.. hahaha)

Or sayy.. if it was a picture taken in the garden.. hot sunny day.. shirt off.. sweaty from working outside..

Totally makes sense. Like if you dated this person, great bod, wonderful teeth, stylish dresser, etc. Would they have anything to say for themselves? Not likely, possible, but not as likely as if they are presenting their personality first...But, it could just be a way of getting people interesting at first, catching someone's attention--it is a competive situation. They may also be funny and bright, but want to first get someone's attention.

No brazllions? Maybe Georgie knows where they are...Portugal? He's good at math...
