oh, forgot to mention.........i pick up the mic and sing some songs on a couple of karaoke sites. makes me feel good (even if it doesn't SOUND so good) laugh

you have to keep your vitamin count up, I take Centrum performance Vitamins and B-100's

I know this stuff works so there ya go
