NEVER use a tanning bed! I am normally very fair complected, so at the beginning of summer I used to go 3 to 5 times for just 15 minutes each to get a 'start' on a summer tan. Then I would play 'sunbunny' all summer long in the intense Arizona summer sun. That was until 4 years ago when a dermatologist had to surgically remove half of the skin between my nose and my upper and create a 'flap' to repair it. Since then I have had numerous skin cancers burned and frozen off or cut out. I now use at least a 30 SPF Sunscreen whenever I go outside and I wear a hat if I am going to be out in the sun for prolonged periods. TAKE CARE OF YOUR SKIN WHILE YOU ARE YOUNG!!!
