please ladies do not buy fur coats. the way they make those things is just awful, awful. how any person could actually buy one is beyond me. how do you feel about dogs and cats being hurt and abused? well, whats the difference between that and fur? nothing really. to all those who wear fur coats or fur trim on their coats... I say, please care more about the world around you.
to all else, cheers, and have nice memorial day,

Wouldn't dream of it, my friend!! Had a fur coat many, many years ago, before we were made aware, we are more educated about it all now. I saw a documentary on the fur trade and it upset me so much, I got rid of my fur coat the very next day. Never had one since....... never will.

As the saying goes "it takes 40 dumb animals to make a fur coat, and only ONE to wear it"!!......

Abhorrent business.... thanks for the reminder!! thumbs up

I could never have a fur coat or even fur trim on my collar. I have fake fur collars but that's as far it goes.

I remember about 6 years ago I went around to a workmates house and on her bed were two "real fox stoles" thumbs down

I was nearly barfing when I saw them and felt even more sicker when she asked me if I thought they were beautiful uh oh!

I ended up telling her I don't see the beauty in having a dead fox draped around a neck. I also told her I couldn't be friends with her anymore.

thumbs up Good for you.....I never understood how any women could see a dead animal as something of beauty to be hung around their neck for all to see crying

She was one of these types who had tons of expensive jewellery and ornaments so I think she just saw them as a status symbol or just another expensive possession. Oh yeah, and she had a full fur coat as well, so obviously not bothered at all about animal cruelty. Of course with me only knowing her vaguely through work I didn't know all of this until I visited her. Plus, it happened during the time I was vegetarian for 7 years so it made it all worse. The fox stoles even had beads for the eyes and that made me feel even more sick, it was horrible wave

OMG what a disgusting thing to say. how dare you! who do you think you are? Dont even try to judge me, sweetheart, youre not even close to my level. when you learn something about morality, maybe I'll explain all of your glaring errors in logic.
