Is that a hospital by any chance? Here in AZ, we have had 10 medical choppers go down this year..sigh

That was the Chopper that crashed on a Hospital couple of months ago.
Someone posted about it but wasn't able to post the Pictures,that's why I posted them.conversing wave

Thank you Conrad for reposting those for me.

The last three are from the helicopter crash in Grand Rapids. I live only 2 blocks away. It was a horrible site from where I was standing. Thank God no one was killed. The Pilot was doing a test flight with an FAA inspector and there was a mechanical malfuction in one of the rotors. The pilot ('Nam Vet) did the right thing by nose diving into the roof. both pilot and passenger escaped. Injured, but their alive.

Thousands of people here in GR love to watch the helicopters land and take off. So the have more than enough eye witnesses to vouch for the pilot.

The helo pad is still closed though. Bummer.....

I lived not to far from there a few years ago. Down by the John Ball Zoo. I always watched the helicopters fly around the city. Real shame..... my brother was at Butterworth Hospitall at the time of the crash.... just there on business.
