I'm part Greek, and have eaten Greek foods as far back as I can remember... do you have a particular recipe in mind that you'd like?

Suvlaki is basically little pieces of marinated pork meat, cooked over a hot charcoal fire...
tzantziki is a delicious dip made with yogurt, cucamber and garlic
as for musaka, thats a tad more difficult as it involves frying stuff like sliced eggplant, potatoes and green pumpkins, preparing the mince meat stuffing, the fresh cream topping, the selection of cheese (haha, that's a sef's secret, shhh) etc...

i'll tryu to take some time tomorrow to mail you all 3 of them

Hhm......... why not share them in the forums as well???????? I'm interested in learning about greek food as well and I won't pass up a good recipe. I love chicken souvlaki and would like to learn how they make the rice dish as well. Its totally yummy.
