Every time she had a craving.. she took the lid off and sniffed the jar..

She said it was SO revolting.. the craving would stop almost straight away.

Yeah I do want to try something.. I was thinking of going to see the doc and seeing what he suggests too. I know we can go to the nurses here .. once per week.. so that they have monitor your lung capacity and such like.. as encouragement to to chart a long the way.

It's just TAKING that step and making the blimmin appointment. mumbling frustrated

Yes, I had a fab trip... loved Glasgow, would definitely go again, as soon as I can. Have been at my folks' place since dog-sitting.... woo hooo!!!
