I prefer billabong fishin' ... cruising through a carpet of huge pink water lillies and seeing the odd set of crock eyes staring at you while floating past...

In these parts, I like crappie to eat and think it is the best IMO. They extremely large ones may get to 5 lbs, common good eating size is 1-2 lbs.

I just think this guy, the OP, was sincere and his desire to have a dialogue and interact and explain to us more about Isam was genuine. He comes from a very different culture and putting him down immediately doesn't help. Even though you were kidding and being just flippant, how would he know that? I couldn't tell that and I speak English quite well...just think try to be more sensitive to these people who come from very different backgrounds and cultures....

I know...thanks for the advice. I do have a problem with that at times...I have no quarrel with your stanceteddy bear

Well...

I'm not sure if you are discussing about what do we think of Islam or You are forcing Islam...

My Comments and discussion wont be in here becausse i got lots of unrealistic squences of it..

Any way there is a very comprehansive site that shows all about the contradictions mentioned in Quran and they way Muslims distribute it in a way the suits them ... www.answering-islam.com

before anyone can open such kind of discussion he-she or they showed go and read the bible and the history and read Quran and the history of Islam... afterward it can be easy to say let us talk about religion...

Cheers to allcomfort

Yep,those Suckers grow BIG.
Caught one off the Jetty in the Old Marina at Walker's Cay Bahamas weighing 330 lbs.
Could grow up to triple or more that weight. That was in 1969,and a few weeks after that some of the native Fellows speared one that weighed 275 lbs.
Talking about sweet Meat.
thumbs up laugh wave

Oh, I believe that Judaism, Christianity, and Islam are the same religion disguised under a different mask of interpretation. They are related. I can add some more bite to my theory when I feel up to it. Don't have that kind of energy right now. Especially for forum chess if you will....

This is very much the way I feel most of the time. "Don't have that kind of energy right now. Especially for forum chess if you will...."

I want to defend what I believe, and hold my own in conversation. I want people to know that I am not blindly following some Legend, Fable, or Fairy Tale. I research. I study. I read not only Christian literature, but I investigate the other side as well. I really put an effort to be understood.

But after a while, you just don't have the energy or time to stand toe to toe with EVERYONE who doesn't agree with you. I have tried focusing on my favorites like Trish123, BnartuAL, and igoose, but even that wears you out after awhile. I see a good Thread and get excited about joining it. But after I finish reading all the different posts and see I am going to have to engage my more than worthy adversaries, I am spent. I have to go take a nap.

This is why I am not in the Forums as much as I would like to be. With work, school, family, and friends (yes, I have friends), it becomes impossible to come in here prepared, armed, and ready to rumble all the time.

I am not giving up the fight, just stepping back from the front line a bit.

Don't worry, I will step back up from time to time. Especially when I see one of my favorites launch an argument or support point to which I cannot resist putting in my brilliant KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUTH. professor

rolling on the floor laughing

Rock on all you deep thinking peoples!!! head banger

Much love to everyone! hug kiss

Those who feel confident and are at peace with their own views and heartfelt feelings

do not need to ridicule or attack.

Communication is what is needed. Do you have the ability to allow it?
