Other than yourself.laugh

Could be something about your own home or community.

I discovered that my new place here in British Columbia was the funeral home in the town for a while.uh oh!

Here I thought the ramp to the back was for wheelchair access. laugh
It was built for wheeling coffins up to the front part of the building.

My apartment is close to a college but not too close and about 4 blocks from a football stadium, I get to watch July 4th style fireworks every few weeks during football season. I can see them just above the trees!! It's pretty cool.cheering

Other than that, this is the dullest place I've ever lived and I can't wait to get away from it. Right now I'm fighting my daughter on moving from here because she has a boyfriend. rolling eyes

Just extended my house with over 2000 sq feet. The new roof is leaking badly and I have to take the building contractor to court to come and fix it.

Since I am a bachelor, I though of sealing off all the glass sliding doors and turning it into an indoor pool, while waiting for the contraqctor to fix the roofs...........grin

I'm not at all scared.sticking out tongue

I actually think it's kinda cool. This was first built as a meat market that stored your products for you if you bought them from the place. Not many people had deep freezes here at the time. Then it was a funeral home, then a tool rental shop and just before I bought it a youth center.

Funny I knew about the rest except the funeral home part. I wonder why my realtor failed to mention that.confused

My sister in law might not be impressed.laugh

The strangest coffee table I ever saw was at a house party about 20 years ago. It was a female mannequin dressed in a leather corset, thigh high boots on all fours with a glass top. A bit odd but kinda cool in a way.shamrock
