now a days people are in a rush to a relationship

if they took their time to get to now each other beter before being involved, there wiill not be so many broken hearts

Sometimes, one of the person involved is in a hurry to see things settled;that is why the relationship is rotten from the very beginning.
It takes time to know someone, just a little bit.
We all have a life, businesses, studies, children etc...but loneliness leads us towards our computers and we forget time, how to behave . we are transposed into virtual land and do and say things that are not from our true self.

Do you really think we say things that are not truly from our true selves? I write a good deal and a lot of what I post I have written about either previously or what I am working on, thinking about at that time.

How can this not be from my true self?

I was wondering if you were going to say that, if it is from my imagination, then that is not my true self, ect.

No no no no no ! your imagination belongs to you, therefore is part of your true self.

Thanks for the replies and I'm glad some actually understand what the message is.

It is not just here that I refer to but everywhere..

The Sweet talk is practiced to gain a certain goal.
Knowing full well that it is false and lies.. and not caring who gets hurt in their path.

But there are just as many wanting to believe, what they down deep know is just fairy tales.

to me this is so dishonest, is why I put in my profile.. under what I'm looking for.. must be Honest.

but for those who are just looking for a fantasy escape.. that is also your right.

This is not so much giving advice,
but one needs to know why they are here.. just fantasy or looking for something real for the future.
1. you need to be able to see if the other person you are chatting with is real or fantasy.

2.if you choose fantasy... then don't be shocked if later, you decide to take what has been built up to a great fantasy and decide it should be real.

That is when you are begging to get deeply hurt.

Some of us here are exactly who and what we say we are.
some are nothing but Illusion.

My Imagination belongs to me? My memory of everything seen, heard, smelled, read outside of myself. And then put together in a pattern. Is that mine, or is that what is everyone else's?

Not being able to see someone , to hear his, her voice or to smell that person is a real handicap. That is why, in our we are blinded by sweet talks. with catastrophic results ....but we know the rules of the game. And when wounds have been licked , we feel stronger, don t we ? and wiser and perhaps more tender towards our fellows human beings.rose

That is a very tricky one!
but I will keep it short. otherwise it would be an all night conversation.

Imagination can be and usually is- both real and made up. Not always our true self.

(don't get me wrong Patric)

just worded like that to keep it short, pretty complex for a one liner.
