I'm not one to go on looks first ..

I met a guy on here over a year ago or so he had no picture posted. We talked in the forums and emails then on the phone and I fell for him for the person he was. I did see a what he looked like till months later.....

So I would say looks are not everything and whats on the inside does count more to me.

Wow that's a great story...so when you met, did his looks affect how you felt about him or were they totally irrelevant?

see...... you used the power of the internet for what i feal it was ment for. to get to know someone for the person they are without having preconcieved notions and or opinions about someone baised purly on looks.

We never met he took a pic and sent it to me over my cell but at that point his looks didn't matter I got to know him for the person he is. Long story short we don't talk anymore.....

hi darlynda..i think its really that looks draw you, and the inside keeps you.......you have to have an attraction..and intially its the looks..but it will go beyond that to who one is inside...........

I get that. Because if the physical is not there, folks tend to be real idiots and cause misery. I could not be with someone I was not attracted to either.

We can all yak about
"its what's inside that counts" blah blah blah but let's face it, you look at a picture here and decide instantly if you will answer the email or not. Yes, to an extent looks matter. Its all part of the mating process even if its done subconscously its still done.

We are all attracted to certain traits. Things we look for. We try to overlook things or if given time find things ABOUT the person we fall in love with.
We are all looking for the same thing but yet at the same time different things.

Good looking or not, picture or no picture I return every email thats just the nice thing to do and if you don't like them just tell them. I have made some really great friends here.
