actually i am starting to see that but it has taken time, this is about a complete change in my life not a relationship breakdown, maybe my dreams will be a little more thought out next time, so a lesson learnt, thank you

you are not alone.........I'm going through a complete overhaul in lifestyle due to need, and stupidity when I was younger..........although I'm sure they are completely different changes, it's nice to know that you are not alone....

Yup, I know what you mean ....... just to have the opportunity for a laugh or a kind word can make a difference and help you through your day. Sometimes people touch our lives without them having even realized it - just the right word spoken at that time.

There are many people here who have touched me in my own journey and just the opportunity to express my own thoughts/emotions/experiences has been a healing in itself. Truly I'm not sure if I'd still be here if it wasn't for this place.

This place is therapeutic in its own ways ... i have felt that very strongly too.

I have been able to think thro a lot of things which i wouldnt have otherwise and treated by some in the most beautiful way ... beyond words to explain.

well .. I am touched by someone in an inexplicable way.

Even when i did have real life troubles .. strangely the only people who were there even for me to just talk were from here and i appreciate that immensely.
