I just got a mail from my Professor slapping me all over. I could read "fuck, dammit" all over it(although it wasn't there) as he was giving me recommendations on how to improve my papergiggle

My friend just excused himself on being harsh on me, he said: "Sorry, this stupid work changes you!!!"

Do you feel your work changed you? Or do you notice your changes? Are you amazed by them? Can you identify the causes of your changes, do you analyse the whys?

Please feel free to post even when i'm not here:)

Yeah, I've noticed drastic changes in my recently. I'm more moodier and have less patience.

Think it's probably old age which is the cause of it or "older age" help

Think every experience has an effect on us ........ I think that we feel in conflict its a good time to examine ourselves because there is obviously a reason that we're feeling this way - so it needs to be addressed either internally or externally.

Our perspective is vital - are we in focus or distracted by other things happening.

I remember when I was selling furniture ........ things at home were not good and I was taking all those emotions into work with me (just the way I happened to be designed - I'm too emotional for my own good sometimes). I went to a seminar that basically taught me some skills in learning how to focus, set some goals - my personal life didn't change much - but my sales increased 3 fold in one month. It results were incredible.

It is definitely work until it becomes a habit ........... just need to keep checking ourselves to see that we are progressing in the direction that we desire.
