The peace officer's sworn statement will be sufficient for a criminal conviction. I presume he saw the marks on Dana and the children. Dr. stuff would be necessary for punitive damages, but again. We're talking about a 20 yr. old pill head....What's she gonna sue her for...some really cool jeans?

Well...you never know...it pays to have what you need rather than get to court and not...a peace officer statement should be enough...BUT peace officers don't always neccesarli document and do the things they should...it's better to be safe than sorry...they D.A. may want the records supoened.....the severity of a crime sometimes makes an difference and maybe the doctor can see things that the peace officer couldnt...maybe there are bruises etc that are present that arent showing up yet...or other hidden injuries.....wine

My 70 year old neighbor is so upset she's in tears. It's just kills me.

And Brandon, the 15year old that she started this with and punched, the whole side of his face is still red and hurting.

This girl doesn't have anything. Her dad will probably kick her out this time - it's not the first time she's been in trouble with the law and she lives in his house. Jayne was going in to let him know, he's on the road.

But she'll just move her sorry ass to her moms. She doesn't work and she has nothing.

I just want her ass in jail. The bad thing is they probably wouldn't let me go take a picture of her there. laugh

OMG!!!!!!!!!! What a dead beat...that's right where she should be in jail.....rolling eyes uh oh! D'oh!
