As we speak, I am cooking a pot of Lima Beans. And boy are they good!! I will bake some corn bread in a bit, too. I only use my cast iron skillet for corn breadyay

The only way I can even eat lima beans is with the corn bread.

Otherwise, they'll just make me sick.

The "real" question is: Do you make Southern cornbread or that Yankee crap that's made of yellow meal? And, of course, I am an expert on cornbread (being Southern, and all!)
