I've done it... He was many many years younger. Don't worry, he was legal. blushing
It was actually one of the more happier positive relationships I've been in. Age wasn't really a factor, we only had some minor issues due to life experiences.
Don't plan on dating anyone that young again though.

for some guys the reason for older women is that there are very few women thier age that have the same goals. basicly most women of my age want kids I have already raised two teenagers and have a grandson, dont realy want to start over. I also thing that age is only a # if you have a connecton with someone who cares or has the right to say anything to you. my ex. was 7 years older than me.

I saw this topic on Yahoo news the other day. I think the media focuses on the age differences, but what really makes or breaks those kinds of relationships is how well those couples can form a partnership that works.

Providing they're of legal age, a 10-yr or more difference in ages makes little difference in how well two people conduct their relationship.

My niece dated and married a man who's 10-yrs younger then her and they're still together to this day.

Her parents and sister couldn't understand why my niece would ever consider dating let alone marrying a younger man, especially since he had children.

I told my niece that as long as their both happy, have good communication etc who cares. And also that was a precious thing, and far more important then their age difference could be.And if her parents and sister weren't willing to accept him and had a problem with their being together then let it be her families problem.

I blame it on "Desperate Housewives".

Or the fact that Cougars like to prowl, and where they prowl the most is where younger men tend to be...

Hi I'm new to this. I have seen that alot of the younger guys were raised by single women after their fathers left the family. I see these younger guys treat women of all ages better, have respect for a woman, her thoughts, goals and treat them as equals rather than asking them where they get their ideas from. Or Patting them on the head and saying aren't you cute -now go get me a beer or hey hold that thought for morning I wanta have sex now. How about where's my dinner men don't cook that's womens work. On and on - makes one leary.
