I was responding to your comments about Haliburton - who we were doing business with LONG before the Bush administration.... Clinton included.

And actually, if Bill Clinton had heeded advice and taken Bin Laden out when they had the opportunity to we would have not had 9/11.

But my real point was that we can all sit around and point fingers. Every one of them have made SERIOUS mistakes. What good does it do to sit around rehashing things.

Bush is outta here. WE should be worried about what's coming down the pike, not the stuff that's already been flushed away

How do you guys think anything is going to change if noone is ever made to answer for their crimes? Why do you think we keep getting the same bs over and over again? It's because they can do pretty much whatever they want to and never have to answer for it. If someone actually got charged the others in the future might shape up.

A very good point! But how far back in time should we go? We should have punished President Clinton, too. Come to think of it, we probaly could go all the way back to George Washington!

Think harder,
we can't change what has been, we CAN do something about the here and now and learn from the past to keep the same from happening.

Bush(wack) and Chainme are guilty of many war crimes and should be held accountable.
Along with all of those that ignored the Janiva(sp) convention.

Even the supreme court has ruled gitmo illegal and our treatment of prisoners.

So what corrective actions do you have in mind besides sit here and do nothing?
Lets hear some constructive ideas?dunno

Hi Mr. Ras,

I think I must owe you an apology from this afternoon. That probably was a mistake to quote you - but it was an honest opinion and meant to attack you. Really. I'm sorry about that.

I don't think Bush is a criminal and I don't think it's been proven. Anyone can say anything - and they do. Same for the Clintons.

The Bush administration is on it's way out the door. To me, the most productive thing we can do is start seriously looking FORWARD and stop all the bashing. Let's make sure we do a better job all around come November.

I'll vote either party, I'll vote Sponge Bob. Anyone who can do the job is fine with me.

How do I impeach thee----let me count the ways:
I impeach thee for bamboozling the American public (tho not me) in a trumped-up case for war;
I impeach thee for imperial hubris ("it'd be easier if it were a dictatorship---long as I was the dictator--heh heh");
I impeach thee for the blatant slaughter of the English language---on occasions too numerous to mention;
I impeach thee for unbridled greed (much blood for oil);
I impeach thee for theocratic hypocricy (no Christian thou);
I impeach thee for endless cronyism (heckuva job Brownie,'Berto,
Rummy, et al.);
I impeach thee for blatant murder (of the Constitution);
I impeach thee for Uncompassionate Conservatism;
I impeach thee for making Darth Cheney our SlaveMaster;
I impeach thee for stomping on the Bill of Rights (endless disregard of inherent freedoms, liberties, and more signing statements than ever before in history);
I impeach thee for thy cowardice--ditching service in Vietnam for a cushy deployment defending Texas from the Commies and dirty hippies, and getting stinking drunk and snorting coke with your college buddies;
I impeach thee for being a little tin pot dictator ("Bring 'em on; I'm the decider!");
I impeach thee for single-handedly bringing down the government of the United States with your sociopathic narcissism;
I impeach thee for draining the United States Treasury and giving all the money to your Halliburton buddies;
And, in closing, I impeach thee for the treasonous act of giving Darth Cheney the go-ahead to out a covert NOC CIA agent as punishment for her husband telling the truth about your lies for war.

Is that enough? If not, I impeach thee for being just plain stupid.

Phew! Thanks for your understanding! I've actually enjoyed a lot of your posts and would not like for you to think otherwise.

I'll stay on topic, Sir! (But you did ask for my suggestions... confused )

Only have one major complaint about this impeachment issue.. It just all sounds like a bunch of nameless, faceless bald accusations and I don't think anyone has managed to prove any of it. I mean, who REALLY manufactured this stuff? I don't trust the source of these accusations, if you know what I mean. Is any one group more honest than the other????

Sorry, that's my honest opinion.
