In order to properly address this question there has to be such a thing as "good" and "bad". There is a "good for you" and a "bad for you", but alas only you would know what those are. But in order for you to call someone "good" you would be judging them, and if I am not mistaken most people do not like to be judged. At least I know I do not like being judged.

So to answer your question there is neither a "good girl" nor "bad girl" just a "girl".
