I just found out that after about 4 years of being unwell, Im going to be getting tested for crohns disease. Anyone out there have this? Would be nice to hear from anyone who has - just to ease my mind if nothing else...thanks

I have a close friend who almost died of this disease. His new wife cured him through diet.

I'm talking about 18 years ago. What the doctors couldn't do, his wife did within a year.

My cousin has crohn's disease. I know he had to change his diet and such. I'll get some info from him and see if I can help any. I hope it's not, it can be life changing in many ways.

My cousin has had it for over 25 yrs. If I can find the information regarding this doctor who uses almond flour instead of wheat products... I send it your way.

Kids with CF also were able to do very well with the food plan that she designed.

I'm sorry, hun. I had a friend that I worked with when I was in SC that had it. I know he had some problems with it, but he kept working like a trooper.

Hang in there, and I would check out that diet Paws mentioned. Do some internet research. That one sure does sound like a winner. I'd really like to know what it was myself, I'd let me friend know.
