I've been here since January 06 so about 2 years and 5 months.

What do I think: I think there's no chance of me landing myself a decent bloke from off here as they're not my type, and if they are my type they are usually too far away. Usually Australia or Mars.

I also rate the forums 12 out of 10 for the pure entertainment value so I think that's a good thing to think

Wow, Portiea, I thought you'd been here much longer...you totally jumped in and went for the gusto, chica! I think the more one does that, the more, ahem, interesting their experience can be on c.s.

I too have been on less than 2 mo. and am still trying to "analyze" its uniqueness as compared to "real life" relationships. All I know is that I really was terribly lonely here in Mexico for so long, and once I started posting in the forums and making e-mail and IM friends, the loneliness lifted.
So it is what it is. It's a season I'm sure...how long of a season is a mystery...but until it comes to a nice smooth stop I'm going to enjoy the drive with a thankful heart. So, yeah, THANKS EVERYONE!
