Morality is a code of values to guide man’s choices and actions; when it is set to oppose his own life and mind, it makes him turn against himself and blindly act as the tool of his own destruction.

How do we know what is morally right? Does it change from culture to culture? Does it change from era to era? Are there universal moral rights and wrongs? Is morality based on religious doctrine? Can each individual have their own set of morals?

The best way to judge is to look at it in a perspective which is outside yourself... the lines become blurred I think when we look on things from a selfish perspective... if we can objectively evaluate a situation from an uneffected bystander perspective and still feel comfortable with it, then we are not too far off the mark... empathy is a useful quality also..

If we are all living life by our own individual moral codes, how can we prevent total chaos?
