People on here only seem to reply to certain members threads / comments??? Is it jus me who thinks this??? It used to be very different here a few months ago but since I have come back I have noticed this happening more and more.

I for one dont bother to post as much as each time I try it is mostly ignored....and people carry on with the disscussion and / or their own little private chats.

I am not meaning to come accross bitchy or anything, I am just merely stating how I think others who are new at posting may feel also.
i have noticed that toocomfort

Which is in defiance of the rules. As long as people don't resort to ad hominem attacks, the forums are open to differences of opinion on a topic, and nobody has the right to deny another their right to voice that opinion, not even the OP. The key here is respect.

Many of my poem threads have been hijacked for the purpose of personal conversations, and this is not a recent thing. It's systemic. I don't get mad about it, though. What use does that serve?

If everyone stayed on topic, nobody would have any fun. The key is to strike a balance. I'm perfectly willing to surrender the topic as long as everyone is having fun. Isn't that what this place is about.

If one is so susceptible to being butt-hurt every time the world doesn't work out the way they want, then therapy is in order, not forums

Good post Galactic....

Everybody, the forums are not changing overnight. The forums have a life force of it's own. Just accept it or find a new forum. It's the truth. I've seen this discussion many times. And nothing has changed in the time I have been here. Sometimes things stay on topic, sometimes they don't. Who gives a flying fuck....really....

Thanks! thumbs up

any special reazon to promote breaking the rules?

will you acept that every one will beak all the rules?

or will yu complain when people will start calling you names (yes, one of the rules is not calling names)

dont yu think that is better that we all folow the rules instead of some people decide wich rules they will break and what are the rules that the others have to folow?

By all means alex. If you want to be the thread police, there's a button down at the corner of each post for reporting.

no i am not the thread police and i have no intention to be

but i recall you posted in the previous page that yur poems threads where hijacked

there was a poem i wrote where people call me gau for posting a poem

it is sad that people reported those post, it could be there for every one to read, now you can see that it was removed by the moderators

so no, i belive we are adults enought as to decide for ourselves if we would abide by the rules of the site and have a wonderful place, or we can just post whatever we wnat in whetever the thread is, regardles of the topic of the threads

so next time some one is sharing the lost of a love one (as in dead) the rest can start posting jokes and love stories in that thread

but, then why we dont all agree that no one will report a post for breaking the rules?

the reality is that some are reporting when the post is afensive to them but they are ofending others

double standart?
