You can put veggies in stews and soups, and he won't even know they are there if you puree the veggies 1st.

My neice has a daughter who is the same way. She even took her to some sort of "Picky Eaters" club and they said she was the worst case they knew of. I will ask her if she has any tips from this group and pass it on.

i dont see any problem in eating the same every day, unless you got tired to cook always the same

as a kid i liked to eat every day steak with mash potatoes or rice
but at home the cook got tired to make always the same

as for ideas

and at the same time to introduce yur son to vegies

peppers (green, red, yellow) stuffed with fish

tomatoes stuffed with fish

I know how concerned mothers can be about feeding their children properly.

When my son was 4, the only thing he would eat was peanut butter/jelly sandwiches and cooked cabbage. I couldn't even get him to eat sugar coated cereals. I asked the pediatrician about this and he said "your child will not die from only eating certain foods".

He grew out of it in about a year. Now he eats anything that doesn't move.

You problably already try it, but if not, try steamed vegies, they taste better than regular vegies, and are better for you. professor

My kids used to like raw veggies like carrots, celery, cucumbers & a few other crunchy types, smeared or dipped in p-nut butter and/or cream cheese.

Sure.. same as my folks did.
tell him to eat what is put on the table or go hungry,
He gets hungry enough he will eat.

is how I was taught and my kids as well, and we all turned out fine.
