I do POWERLIFTING.

I train 4 out of a nine day cycle. My workouts are about an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes,SHORT SPURTS.....but very intense.

I HIT THE BIG THREE on alternate days.

SQUAT
DEADLIDT
BENCHPRESS

.....AND for cardio,I have a stationary bike at home,(I don't like doing my cardio at the gym).....and put in about 2 hours a week.

Yeah, I was going to say that I pretty much work out on cycles...and by what my body tells me. I never have a set regime....I mix it up a lot. I usually mix things up after two weeks.

What kind of deadlifts do you do?

I was planning on getting a pair of MBTs.. my mother Outlaw has some and swears by them

MBT stands for Masai Barefoot Technology designed by Swiss engineers. The way MBT shoes are engineered is what creates the changes in the body.

MBT shoes are engineered to change the way a person walks forcing them to engage every muscle in the body thereby strengthening, toning, and balancing the body and postured creating excellent form, and well toned beautiful legs.

How effective are MBT shoes and does one actually see results. Reports show after 28 days use that the abdomens are tighter, thighs slimmer, greatly improved posture, and muscle tone. If you are looking for a way to shake up your work out program, and take your body physically to the next level, MBT Shoes might be the tool to help you accomplish your dream since they are designed to specifically tone the legs, back, and stomach.

have you heard of them?

Yeah...I have seen them in a bunch of ads in workout magazines....they are not exactly cheap, but I may pick up a pair in the States...I wanna try them on and pretty much use them for when I walk around or go for walks. I just wanna see how comfortable they are...not to worried about toning up my chicken legs...

Oh, the ads should mention that toning comes with a lot of walking....like at least an hour a day....

Well, in reality, I ride a bicycle everywhere, so theres not much point in doing extra cardio or aerobics. I would like to start lifting weights again. Haven't since college...D'oh!

its easy enough.. like i find it easy because its a big passion of mine and i really have fun doing it, so before i know it the 3 hours have come and gone too quick.. strange thing is though i can do all that and still feel grand the next morning.. ask me how i feel the morning after a 5 mile jog or something, my muscles would be stiff and aching.. its kinda wierd??

Just a suggestion....
Watch what you eat between 7p.m and 7 a.m.Your body burns calories slower while you sleep,so it's suggested to eat light during those hours.Late night munchies are a killer....CHIPS,CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES,ETC.

If you get late night munchies, have yogurt or cheese instead.
Eat smaller portions....and drink lots of water.
