I am walking 8 miles a day now. Trying to work my way back to the 16 miles a day I was doing last year before I broke my arm.

My feet won't cooperate!! I need a pair of $245 shoes!!

Ken, I'm almost solely a "grass/dirt walker" - walking on asphalt/cement will kill your feet, I think, regardless of how expensive your shoes are.

Where do you usually walk, my friend?

i go to the gym every day from 8am to 10am.

i strech for 10 minutes, i weight lift for another 30 and then i strech for another 10.
i jog for 30 mins (5km), strech some more, do abs or lower back reps for another 15 mins. (i alternate between them each day).
I hit the pool for another 30 minutes. In the pool i usually just play around, hahaha dunno rolling eyes trying different styles of swimming or diving for about half an hour before i leave the gym.

here's to you

I go to the gym 5 times a week and no less than 3. I can relate to this .. I work out on cardio and weights and when I have time a swim and a sauna.

It does clear the mind, totally agree. I have gotten so used to it that if I'm away and miss the gym I feel guilty as hell..

So here's a gym fanatic for you..laugh
