Hello everybody,
I have always problem with work. I worked one year and I must change the job beacuse I feel that it is not place for me. So I'm looking new one. I hope I find the job which is best for me or I should start my own business.

Perhaps you need some counselling to find out more about your attitude to a job and to dealing with problems that happen in your job.

Everyone needs to be happy with thier job. If you aren't then it is time to change. There is always something better out there. I tend to start sending my resume out after about a year on the job. You don't have to take any offers. When it comes to a job I dislike or even hate, it is time for me to move on. The company isn't going to change their ways for you, why should you change for them?

For instance.... if you start dating someone who rubs you the wrong way.... do you stay with them?.... NO..... Same with a job. Why be miserable each and every day? You only have one life and it is too short to be unhappy.

I have owned my own business... it was tough, but I loved it... well... until I sold it. Just make sure you have enough liquid assets and cash on hand in case you do go belly up.... for insurance purposes.

I have been with my present employer for about 4 years now. Previous employment was 12 years, 7 years and varying degrees in between. Sometimes, there are no opportunities for one to expand the role or little in the way of personal and professional development. In which case, it is probably best to move on rather than become stagnant and, therefore, unhappy in what one is doing? That would, in turn, result in lack of morale, motivation and productivity.

If you find the opportunity to start your own business, great!! Go for it...
thumbs up Chances are it'll be hard work......

There are pros and cons, of course, to being self-employed but perhaps you are more suited to being your own boss rather than just making a "Fat Cat" even fatter??

Good luck to you....!! cheers
