I usually go to bad at 24:00-1:00 and wake up at 6:30-7:00 o'clock.

But when I back home after work it is 17 so I need more time to feel that I not only live for work.

I generally average 5 1/2 hrs. to 6 hrs a night, but sometimes I take a 1 hr nap in the afternoon.zzzz

but yes I agree.. I should sleep more.

BUT its not really throo choice.. I just cant sleep very long. dunno

I like to take a nap but I hate it beacuse I waste my day time. It is little schizophrenic. :)

Just depends really about 6 to 8 hours I like to stay up late but get up late also. I am not a morning person and if someone wakes me up I can get pretty biiootttchhhieee.

i usually go to bed around 11 then get up at 7 or 8...but who says i sleep....i am having problems staying asleep..once i am awake i am up for a bit...

Yeah I understand if I fall asleep and wake up even if its for an hour I'm and it takes me forever to get back to sleep

I don't sleep a lot..havent been able to ever since my divorce...i sleep sometimes 2 to 3 hrs a nite no naps during day either..then theres some days i wont sleep at all
