I do not get involved with or allow myself to feel anything for a man who is separated. I did that once and after a few months he returned to his wife though he had told me adamently in the beginning that the marriage was definitely over.

When a man is single, divorced, or widowed, to me, he is available...otherwise, no.

When someone says they are seperated, I think the first question I would ask is "How Long?" I've known guys that would use that line just to get a sympathy screw & then go home to their wives.Even if they tell you they are divorced, I would want to see the divorce papers, unless I also know the ex-wife.

thank you for your advice on this. I wonder how often the separated person goes back to his wife. I wonder about this a lot, guess I should have made a thread, eh?

Me, I am irritating myself,
I have been talking to someone here, and I like him very much, but I keep putting myself on a rollercoaster ride. And I have no clue as to why?

I would date someone separated.. but it would depend on how long it had been.. 3mths.. no wayyyy... 6mths.. hmmm. possibly... not sure..

12mths + yeah I'd have no probs.
