Oh.. and it's manual.. .. engine size?... I forget.. I'd have to look..

small though. 1.4? I think.. something like that. .. and its about 6yrs old.. (I think)

Not familiar with the deep red models.rolling eyes

The smaller displacement engines don't actually hold much oil or coolant, so letting them drop even small amounts can be a death knell for them.
Surprised that it's losing oil or coolant in the first place being only 6 years old.confused
What have you done to it?laugh

It could be anything and not even related to the low fluid levels at all. Something as simple as a throttle position sensor could do it and it's a cheap fix.
Could be your car hates you for neglecting it and is teaching you a lesson.laugh

The suggestions of possibly transmission fluid or fuel pump sound quite likely to me.

No carb on your car. It's fuel injected.

Only the deep green ones had carbs.professor laugh

Could be a barometric pressure sensor. All those little sensors feed a signal to the computer telling it what's going on, then the computer adjusts spark, fuel accordingly. All it takes is one of those sensors to fail and it will effect everything else. There is a failsafe mode that will allow you to drive it but performance will be effected.

Or! Could be your car hates you for neglecting it and is teaching you a lesson.sticking out tongue
