In recent months, I have become a morning person, pretty much for the first time in my life. I have discovered the joys of getting up at o'dark thirty (5am-ish) and heading out on my morning workout walks in the park. I get to watch the sun peek out over the trees and foothills. Then I feel like I've accomplished something and I'm much more productive during the day. The down side is that it does cut my night life short.

I can be both if I have to (depends on when the inspiration hits), but I'd much rather begin my day as early as possible, if possible. I certainly cannot do both in a row anymore (stay up 24h), LOL, there's a risk of me fainting or falling asleep while driving then.

I think most women prefer night, because they're not happy with their own bodies (shame, coz we appreciate them!)

Whereas most men (myself included) prefer morning coz we're grumpy b*st*ards to everyone otherwise!!!!

A generalisation, I know, but I'm sure there's folk out there agreeing with me!

rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing rolling on the floor laughing I know a lot of women have body issues.... but that idea seems a little extreme...laugh

I work in the bar and restaurant business, that means late nights... my social time is after work so that means 6 or 7 am bedtime... I´m good on 4 or 5 hours sleep a night so fortunately I get to enjoy the daytime as well.
