Vitamin supplements

What vitamin supplements do you use?

I try to shop healthy and buy the "right" foods, but because of my limited budget and the prices of fresh produce, meat, fish, etc. I can't always afford it, so I use supplements to try and balance out my health.

I use a multivitamin for the "mature" woman, Omega 3 fish oil, vitamin c, and triple flex, (a combo of glucosamine, chondroitin and MSM) for the joints.

Does the hydoxycut actually work? I've tried different ones & they don't seem to work too well for me.
