For example, coffee or any vice that you habitually use to start off your day.

I just recently landed a new job. I’ve noticed that in the past couple of days, I have been feeling somewhat fatigued and sluggish.
Today, while at work, I decided to indulge in my usual doses of coffee for the first time. It didn’t take long before I realized that I had been depriving myself from caffeine. I’m addicted to this stuff and have been habitually drinking coffee way before my teens. It was a busy day at work yet, a wonderful one indeed.

I also hope that your day was a swell one. group hug

Do you have an addiction that, without a dose, will set your day off to a negative or sluggish start?

I use to HAVE to have coffee and a cig, but have quit both of them. I will still have a cup of coffee from time to time but I don't HAVE to have it anymore.

Does that once in a while cup of coffee remind you of the cig?

They're both stimulants. I get up at 4:30 - 5:00 a.m., dilly-dally around over a pot of coffee, in the office by 7:30 a.m., work like crazy until lunch, and am ready to pass out shortly thereafter. It's a vicious cycle... uh oh!

It can also be a vicious cycle getting off that stuff as well. Not easy.
